At Funkysaa, every product is made and packed with care. Since many of our products may be produced in limited quantities or made to order, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Returns

We do not offer returns once an order has been delivered.

Please review product descriptions, size charts, colours, and details carefully before placing your order.

Refunds

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size ordered by customer

  • Colour differences due to screen/display variations

  • Delays caused by courier partners after dispatch

  • Minor print or packaging variations that do not affect product use

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item Received

If you receive:

  • a damaged product,

  • a defective product, or

  • an incorrect item,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include:

  • Order number

  • Photos/videos of the issue

  • Description of the concern

After review and approval, we may offer one of the following:

  • Replacement of the product, or

  • Store credit, or

  • Refund (only in approved cases)

Cancellation Policy

Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
